Adam Kuzmiak is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Managing Director of Summit Innovative Solutions. Under his leadership, Summit has evolved from a small regional provider into one of Arizona’s premier anesthesia organizations. Adam’s strategic vision and commitment to clinical excellence have driven sustained growth, operational efficiency, and a strong reputation for patient-centered care.
Recognized for his ability to scale complex healthcare operations and foster collaborative partnerships, Adam continues to guide Summit’s expansion across hospitals, surgical centers, and health systems throughout the state.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and remains a devoted New York Yankees fan.
Chad Peterson is a highly experienced Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with over 18 years of clinical excellence in anesthesia care across Arizona and Colorado. As a partner with Summit Innovative Solutions, Chad provides safe, patient-centered anesthesia services across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and pain management facilities, specializing in orthopedic, general, and regional anesthesia techniques.
Chad’s leadership extends beyond the operating room. He served as President of the Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AZANA) from 2017–2018 and has been an active member since 2009, championing public relations and professional development initiatives for CRNAs statewide. His commitment to education is reflected in his tenure as an Adjunct Professor at Midwestern University, where he mentored future nurse anesthetists in the doctoral programs.
Chad received his Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice in 2011, and a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University in 2008. His nursing degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah and his Associate’s Degree of Nursing from Salt Lake Community College. He is certified in ACLS, BCLS, and PALS, and maintains a robust CME record exceeding 140 credit hours.

Henry Sargent is a Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with over two decades of clinical practice and leadership experience in anesthesia and critical care. As Clinical Educator at Summit Innovative Solutions, Henry oversees anesthesia operations across multiple Arizona facilities, blending advanced clinical expertise with strategic leadership and a strong commitment to mentorship.
Henry earned both his Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice and Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona following a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona. His early nursing career included critical care and ECMO team roles at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Arizona Heart Hospital, and University Medical Center Tucson, where he developed a foundation in complex cardiovascular and perioperative care.
A respected leader within the anesthesia profession, Henry has served as President of the Arizona Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AZANA), Chair of the CRNAs of Arizona PAC, and as a long-standing Board Member of the Arizona Chapter of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). He continues to advance nurse anesthesia education as a Clinical Preceptor and Coordinator for anesthesia residents at multiple Abrazo facilities.
Dedicated to advancing anesthesia practice and patient safety, Henry remains active in professional service, university advisory boards, and community health initiatives—always committed to fostering the next generation of anesthesia providers.
Outside of medicine, Henry enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and competing in a variety of endurance events.
Dr. Igor Kravchenko is a board-certified anesthesiologist with more than two decades of clinical experience and a strong leadership presence in Arizona’s healthcare community. As the Anesthesia Director at Summit Innovative Solutions, he oversees anesthesia operations across multiple surgical facilities in the Phoenix metropolitan area, ensuring excellence in patient safety, efficiency, and clinical quality
Since 2020, Dr. Kravchenko has also served as Director of Anesthesia Services at Abrazo Scottsdale Campus and previously chaired the Anesthesia Department for both the Scottsdale and Central campuses. His background includes extensive practice in neuro-spine, orthopedic, bariatric, and outpatient anesthesia, with advanced expertise in ultrasound-guided regional blocks and airway management
Dr. Kravchenko earned his Doctor of Medicine, Cum Laude, from Kharkiv Medical University in Ukraine, followed by postgraduate training in the United States that included an Internal Medicine Residency at Edgewater Medical Center, an Anesthesiology Residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center, and a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital
Board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Kravchenko is recognized for his clinical precision, leadership in perioperative care, and commitment to advancing anesthesia practice standards. He is a member of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons and America’s Frontline Doctors, reflecting a career-long dedication to evidence-based medicine and professional advocacy.
Ryan Salter is a Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with extensive experience in anesthesia management across multiple surgical specialties. As the Onboarding Officer at Summit Innovative Solutions he plays a key leadership role overseeing exclusive anesthesia contracts for several Abrazo Health facilities and surgical centers throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Ryan earned his Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Midwestern University and holds a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Kaiser Permanente School of Anesthesia / California State University, Fullerton. His clinical expertise spans general, orthopedic, bariatric, vascular, plastic, thoracic, and neurological surgery, as well as OB-GYN, interventional radiology, and endoscopy. He is proficient in advanced regional and neuraxial techniques, including ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and central/arterial line placements
Prior to his work with Summit Innovative Solutions Ryan provided anesthesia services for multiple IASIS Healthcare hospitals in the Phoenix area, following several years of critical care nursing experience at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and NorthShore University Health System in Illinois.
Combining clinical precision with leadership in anesthesia practice management, Ryan continues to advance high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care across Arizona’s surgical landscape.
When he is not working Ryan loves to spend time with his family, travel, playing golf and following the Iowa Hawkeyes.
